Make A Wish Foundation Event for Julie!
14 year old Julie of Waipahu, who lives with a cardiac condition, had her wish granted at Ala Moana Macy’s with the Make A Wish Foundation. To her complete surprise, she was greeted with a Japan themed party, that included taiko drummers and hongwanji dancers, a ice sculpture carving kit, surprise appearances by two professional ice carvers from Japan, and finally plane tickets to the 2016 Sapporo Snow Festival in Japan! It was awesome to see so many people come together to make a girl’s dream come true 🙂
