Caitlyn’s Senior Portraits
When Caitlyn came to us she knew she needed senior portraits as well as wanted to update her modeling portfolio and then we all thought, why not do both at the same time? Since Caitlyn’s Hawaiian name is Mahealani which means Heavenly Moonlight we knew we had to integrate the moon in some way, shape, or fashion in our time together. We decided to do it on the day with the super moon; it presented a new an exciting challenge and was definitely up for it. We shot through the afternoon all the way up to complete dark waiting for the moon to show up in the sky. For a little bit we didn’t think that it would show because of the clouds covering it up in the sky. Once the moon did start peeking through the clouds we got to work right away!
