Danyelle and Michael Married!

Danyelle and Michael chose Lanikuhonua as their venue because it truly is “Where heaven meets the Earth.” The couple met while working at Aulani and they loved that they would begin their journey in a place that overlooked the Waianae Coast where they bought their first home. Danyelle and Michael wanted to bring to life a vintage Hawaiian wedding, so they chose pineapples and tropical flowers to help tell their story. The mother of the bride made ribbon pineapple leis to welcome the men and ribbon plumeria leis to welcome the woman from out of town. The mother of the groom poured her heart into sewing the flower girl dresses that were worn by the groom’s nieces. The guests enjoyed Tahitian and Fire knife dancers for entertainment and were presented with Tiki glasses to use for the evening and a keepsake for being with the couple on their special day.
