Jamie and Andrew Married!
Jamie and Andrew’s wedding day doubled as their 10-year anniversary, which is great because Andrew only has to remember one date. The last decade has been a ride, and all of their guests have played an important part in the couple and people they’ve become. It all started in Meyer Library at Stanford University. No, they weren’t studying in the library. Jamie and Andrew took a public speaking class there and practiced their speeches together. Turns out they also liked each other, and the rest is history. Jamie and Andrew have grown to view each other’s families and friends as their own, supporting each other through career ups and downs, and graduating from a studio in San Francisco’s Chinatown to an adult apartment with reasonable decor.
The couple has swum in hot springs in the Aegean Sea, brought only Euros to the Czech Republic, and nearly got kidnapped in Paris (or so Jamie thinks). Given all of the time and energy that went into planing the wedding, it was pretty surreal for Jamie and Andrew on the day-of.
