Jillian and Sean have been in a long distance relationship for 4.5 years due to the military and training. Hawaii is where they first met and where Sean surprised Jill atop Kokohead with a proposal. It is now where they will be stationed, (together finally) for the next 3 years. The couple chose Hickam as their venue because they had friends get married there last year, and thought it looked very nice.
