Lauren and Jarid Married!

Lauren and Jarid have been together for nearly 8 years. The couple met at UH Lab School basketball games, where Lauren attended as a teacher at ULS and Jarid went to see his brother play. The ULS connection is also one thing that drew the couple to Isle Media, as Lauren worked with Reese during CRDG Summer Programs. Lauren and Jarid got engaged on Lana‘i, which is where Jarid’s father is from, and the reason why they chose pineapples as a theme throughout the stationary and decor. The couple chose the Halekulani because it is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. Overall, Lauren and Jarid just wanted everyone to enjoy themselves and they felt that the Halekulani was the perfect place for that.
