Nikki and Landon Married!

There’s something special about shooting a friend’s wedding, especially if both the bride and groom are your friends! I went to college with Nikki and Landon (along with half of the bridal party lol), and I was pretty stoked to finally see them tie the knot (these two are high school sweethearts). The wedding took place at the Hapuna Prince Hotel on the Big Island, with a guest list that made it seem like half of Hilo was there! Landon was overwhelmed with emotion when he say Nikki during the first look (one of the best I’ve ever seen!) and showed even more joy and excitement when Nikki walked down the aisle…that really speaks to how much this wedding meant to the both of them! Given the ominous weather that hung over the island, the ceremony went off without a hitch! The reception was one of the biggest we’ve ever seen, complete with live entertainment and a photobooth. We managed to squeeze in an evening shoot with just Nikki and Landon after the reception finished…an appropriate way to close an awesome day! Congratulations you two!
