For the past few years, we’ve been documenting the PACMUN Conference, held at the Hawaii Convention Center, where students from all across the country come together in a UN-style conference to discuss world issues, from climate change, to geopolitical tensions. The students visited a wide range of locations to get some insights into Hawaii’s culture, from Kamehameha Schools, to Pearl Harbor. The students got a taste of having mock hearings, representing nations and dealing with political issues that shape the world today.
