Being an event planner from Chicago, Sara knew that having her wedding in Chicago would just feel like another job. Sara and Michael both had a feeling of getting out of the city, and as it turned out, Michael grew up in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, which sparked the idea of venue hunting there. When the couple visited the Grand Geneva, they instantly fell in love with the grounds. It was a whirlwind ride for Sara to to her everyday job and make it so personal and unique for the big day!
